Hello everybody. This is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today, we're gonna to take a look at this K-Source driver's side replacement electric side view mirror. Now this is a custom fit part. It is designed to fit the 2011 to 2013 Honda Odyssey LX vehicles. And on a custom fit part like this, I do recommend for you to go to our website, use the fit guide putting your year and model vehicle and it'll show if this'll work for your application.
Now this side view mirror is a direct replacement for the driver's side factory mirror on your vehicle. You can see it as modeled after the manufacturer's original look and fit. It does offer the power remote capability, means you can adjust your mirror face position with the factory power controls inside your vehicle. And they do use a Oe grade flat glass on this with for surface plating to reflect any clear images. Front of the glass is plated with reflective chrome and it is a flat lens so it reflects true representation of the object size.
It is a breakaway design. So the mirror does fold when it's struck to prevent any breakage. And you can see it as a nice durable plastic housing with a nice black finish to it. It is an easy no-drill installation, has the same footprint and mounting points as your factory mirror. And the mirror will plug into existing electrical wiring.
A few specs on this. This is designed to replace the original equipment part number of 50TK-8A01. This is for a quantity of one driver's side mirror. And a couple of notes on this mirror. Is the power remote capability of this mirror will work only if your vehicle already has that function.
